Prawns in Tomato Sauce

Preparation time: 45 minutes    -    Serves: 6

You will need:

1 kg Fresh Prawns

5 Large Tomatoes Chopped

1 Green Pepper Chopped

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tbsp Fish Masala

70 gas Tomato Paste

3  Green Chillies

3 tbsp Corn oil

Salt to taste


1. Heat the oil and add the chopped tomatoes and peppers. Cook until the vegetables begin to steam.

2. Cover and leave for a while till the vegetables soften.

3. Then mix in the peeled and de-veined prawns with turmeric, fish masala, tomato paste and salt. Stir well to blending all the spices.

4. Chop and add the green chillies, continue to cook covered until the sauce thickens.

5. Serve with plain steamed rice.

6. Enjoy!!!
